Service, Success and The Queen
This weeks newsletter is a little different. A couple of things have happened that I want you to know about and/or get involved in.

Do You Deserve Good Service?
Stories abound of legendary customer service - both legendary good and legendary bad. But a conversation I had this week with the team at Virgin Australia (Rachael and Erin pictured above) prompted me to consider how to DESERVE good service.

What Is Success?
I am sooooo excited!! I am working on a new project that will parallel all the work I do as a speaker, mentor and consultant. It is the new website called Get More Success.
As part of building that site, I need some images to show what success is. I was going to head to a stock image library and get the ones I want and then I thought - "Hang on, I know HEAPS of successful people, maybe they will share some of their images with me."

It's the Queen's Birthday
Happy Birthday your maj. Hope it is a fun one.
In reverence to the Queen, I would like to give you a birthday present on her behalf. It is timely as we are almost half way through the year.
