Is It Time You Took The Stage?
In this age of social media and global broadcasting, there are many people who have a lot to say. You may be one them (I know I am!)
Maybe you don't have something to say but you have a load of others in your life who do so you want to create a platform for them?
There are so many things to get right before you take the stage.
One key one is the understanding that IT IS NOT ABOUT YOU!
And I know I have covered that before so I wont go on about it.
Another key element is to know whether you have the right stage. Should it be a podcast, a newsletter, a video, an actual stage, a conference, a workshop or maybe a comedy show?
Don't forget, just because you have the stage doesn't mean you have the audience.
Last week we were at Stratford-Upon-Avon, the home of Shakespeare as part of our galivanting tour of the UK.
Shakespeare famously said, "All the world is a stage and the men and women merely players."
Make sure you are playing for keeps and playing seriously.
