If you can't access YouTube to see the video, then you know what it is like in China. No YouTube, no Facebook, no twitter and even the cable TV channels are monitors and the news service can drop out at any time if the censors don't like what is on. (But not if they are on their lunch break!)
Essentially the video is asking, how well do you read your clients? Do you deliver what they want?
Most of the time our existing clients tell us what they want. Why wouldn't you deliver that?
